Accessibility statement

This site sells accessibility audits, so it is held to the same standard: WCAG 2.2 level AA, which EN 301 549 applies to web pages. This page says what we checked, how, and what we have not checked yet.

Status

We have not yet completed a full evaluation, which includes testing with screen readers by a person, so we do not claim full conformance. Everything listed below was checked on every page in all five languages on 17 September 2026.

What was checked

  • Contrast of every piece of text against its background: at least 4.5:1, or 3:1 for large text.
  • No horizontal scrolling at 320, 375 and 1024 pixels wide, with text enlarged to 150% and 200% in the browser, and with the WCAG 1.4.12 text spacing applied.
  • Text follows the font size set in the browser.
  • One main heading per page, headings in order, a main landmark, and a link to skip to the content as the first thing a keyboard reaches.
  • Every link and control outside running text is at least 24 by 24 pixels, and every link and control can be reached with the Tab key and shows where focus is.
  • Questions in the FAQ open and close with the browser's own disclosure element rather than a script.
  • The site stays light and readable when the system uses a dark theme, and its only movement, the FAQ arrow, stops when reduced motion is set.

Checked in Chrome, partly with scripts that measure each page and partly by hand.

Not checked yet

  • Use with VoiceOver, TalkBack and NVDA by a person.
  • Windows high contrast mode on a real machine. Buttons are given an outline for that mode in the style sheet, but it has not been seen there.
  • Higher contrast requested in the operating system. The greys and rules are set to darken in the style sheet, but this has not been seen with the setting on.
  • Chrome's forced dark theme for websites on Android, which recolours pages itself.

Known limitations

  • The build check and the questionnaire need JavaScript. Without it, each page says so; the rest of the site works.
  • The sample report is in English only.
  • Contact links open an email app. The address is also written out on every page, for anyone without one.
